# Maplewood PTO | Winter Budget Review Minutes

**Attendance:** 6 members present (quorum met)
## Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 6:34 PM by President Karen Sullivan.
## Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve the September minutes moved by Tom Mitchell, seconded by Rachel Kim.
**Vote:** Approved unanimously.
## Mid-Year Budget Review
Tom Mitchell presented the mid-year budget report. Field trip line is 73% spent with two trips remaining. Technology line has not been touched.
## Reallocation of Technology Funds
Motion to reallocate $500 from the Technology line to Classroom Supplies for spring art projects moved by Jennifer Walsh, seconded by Mike Romano.
**Vote:** Approved 5-1.
## Spring Event Planning
The Spring Fair is tentatively scheduled for April 26. A subcommittee of Ahmed Hassan, Rachel Kim, and Lisa Park was formed to coordinate logistics.
